Hi, I’m Sophia

I am a licensed Massage Therapist, Ayurvedic Sacred Bodywork™ PanchaKarma Practitioner, Yoga Teacher, and Athletic trainer living on the Gold Coast of Australia. My mission is simple, I aspire to enrich and enhance the lives of others through my intention, presence and purpose.

I believe healing begins with nourishing our nervous system. During a session, you will be gently guided into a parasympathetic state where you will experience a deep sense of calmness and serenity. My offerings and practices are based off of the premise that in deep states of relaxation, profound healing can occur.

Aside from hands-on healing, I am also certified in Clarity Breathwork™, Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep), Sound Healing and Reiki. My passion for healing guided me to sharing my offerings in group settings. I offer Breathwork, Sound Therapy & Cacao ceremonies privately, to my community, and at retreats, worldwide.

Through my own experience, I have felt the healing and transformative effects that take place while intentionally infusing Breathwork and Sound Therapy with the medicinal properties of Cacao. I believe that working with plant medicine with intention unlocks something so ancient within us all. Being of service in this way for others is one of my greatest honors and gifts to the world.
